TACOMA COILOVER TOWER GUSSETS

We now offer a double shear gusset kit for the 2nd generation Tacoma. The problem was that the coilover tower was becoming bent and cracked with excessive offroading. In order to solve this problem you need to add extra strength and support to the cross shaft bolt. When installed the cross shaft bolt will be supported on both ends of the upper control arms with 3/16” plate decreasing the amount of flex and increasing the rigidity of the coilover tower. When your reinstalling the upper control arm the gussets take the place of the outer two washers. Some welding and grinding are necessary for installation.
